Walmart Screaming Clown Commercial with Rooster Bonus
I rarely put videos on my blog, but when I saw this Walmart Clown Commercial during the NFL playoffs yesterday, I laughed so hard I knew I had to share it.
It is easily the funniest commercial I’ve seen in years and it boggles my mind as to why Walmart didn’t wait a couple weeks to feature it during the Superbowl. What a bunch of clowns! I’m sure it would have been one of the winners.
Death Metal Rooster Bonus
This next one isn’t nearly as funny as the Walmart Clown Commercial, but I think it is related and relevant enough (given the “rooster” theme of this blog) to earn a spot on this post. Thanks to my friend John Sullivan at the Best Blog in the Universe for turning me on to it.

The Rooster is whacked LOL figured you might like it. I love the sound of screaming clowns in the morning!
I really love the Death Metal Rooster video. I went and found the original without the music background, but it isn’t nearly as good. It was interesting to see that the rooster REALLY crowed for that long though.
When I first saw that Walmart clown commercial I was laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe. So funny!

I am profoundly unsettled. My husband and I exchanged brief “WTF?”s at the WalMart ad. Upon review, it’s just as weird and hilarious. Maybe they’ve got something even better planned for the Super Bowl, like having the clown announce they’re allowing unions.
But after the death metal rooster clip, I can feel that something’s not right. I think it may have induced a psychotic break. Thank God I live near Pollo Vivo so I can go sacrifice a chicken and calm myself down. (Seriously, why is there a small chicken-slaughtering storefront two blocks from my apartment? Are people so concerned with freshness that they can’t cross the street to Food World and buy it wrapped in plastic. Do they need to look into its eye so it knows who’s deciding its fate?)

You know, it’s really not cool to be discussing the slaughtering of chickens on this blog.
Anyway, if Walmart has a funnier commercial waiting in the wings for the Superbowl, I think it could be dangerous. A killer video that actually kills… people dying of laughter as it were.

I just about DIED when I saw the clown commercial! So of course I call my co-worker over. HE starts laughing, so another co-worker comes over. Five people later, five times played later, I am still laughing!
